Has anyone on here use IFS to refinance your auto loan?

Long story short....this year I've dedicated massive efforts to cleaning up my credit. Mostly removing closed accounts that I paid off and challenging bills that were unjust. (Lexington Law has been well worth my monies for this effort!)

Just started the credit rebuild process. I want to attack my auto loan, as the rate is 11%. I only owe 13k left on my vehicle and pay roughly $350/month with about 40 months left. I saw on Credit Karma IFS, which appears to be a middle man basically. I don't want to create many new credit hits, as I only have 2 so far, and I read where some folks had up to 3 from dealing with IFS.

I'm debating whether to try them out, or head down to my local CU where they offer 2.99% and seemingly a lot of folks I know have taken advantage of such rate. If they can offer me that, I'd be content. Especially since I project to throw about 3k at the principal tax refund time next year! Only downfall is I don't believe they really offer any other rates except that 2.99%....

Have yall tried IFS....or should I just head down to the CU and see if they can make some magic?
