Thread Details

I have Uverse internet service and decided to shop around. Comcast is offering me 105Mbps for $35 / month with no contract for 12 months . I am in bay area California. I called comast customer service to get the rate.

Is this a good deal ?

Stay far, far away from Comcast. I currently have Comcast getting 55mbps and cable for $55, but I wish I would have never signed up. You've probably heard some of the horror stories from people trying to cancel. It's not worth it.

No need for the 100Mbps plan with comcast. They are doubling the data on their top 2 tiers for free. Mine is the 50Mbps plan and I only pay $24.99 / month. But I can download constantly at around 120Mbps.

That is a pretty good deal. I currently have 25 Mbps for $29/month. I saw an offer on my account today to get 50 Mbps for $39/month.
