OK, since nobody else is going to say it... This knife looks like a TURD! I'm not saying it's not a good deal for 30 bucks, but do you really want a knife that looks like that? But despite my bitching I'm still tempted!

Turd or not, I actually like the look of this knife quite a bit. It looks like the texture would actually make it quite comfortable and grippy, but not as rough as the common G10 scales.
Besides the fact that I really don't need another knife ( Frown ), the lack of clip placement options kills it for me. I've gotten so used to carrying tip-up that it's second nature for me, and I fumble a bit if it's any other orientation.

In for one. Wife is probably going to kill me with the knife I just bought for getting another one. But I figure it has been about 10 months since I bought a kershaw blur off woot so it is time for a new knife.

Well, it does kind of look like a poop; perhaps this will make the knife last longer.

Heads up, it doesn't appear to be a "Speed Safe" model, which is a show stopper. Not that speedsafe is safe, but it is wonderfully handy for popping the knife open like a switchblade.

I just bought this knife when it was last on woot for $30. Good, but a few things to note.

The picture indicates that this knife has a solid brown finish, but the version I received has the brown "worn" finish, making it look like its been used some.

Also, this aluminum handled knife uses a small set screw to hold the steel liner lock in place in the frame. On mine, the screw was starting to work itself out soon after taking it out of the box. I had to disassemble the knife and use loctite to secure the screw in place so the lock would not fail (fall out). It is hard to notice this happening unless you specifically look for it by looking between the handles. If that screw fell out while you were in the field, you would never find it, and the knife would not lock up anymore.

Good design, but for the average user who just wants it right out of the box, beware.

Which mora do you suggest for general use?

I just can't bring myself to buy that knife... just looks like a turd like others have said - plus don't care for the handle finish... probably too slippery/slick compared to others.
