rebate problem - Original UPC/Serial Number Barcode Label
- Required Documentation missing-Original UPC AND Serial Number Barcode Labels
In the rebate form, it states that Original UPC/Serial Number Barcode Label. I just submitted the UPC code. I thought / means OR. It also states that copy of receipt/invoice or packing list. Does it mean I have to include both receipt and invoice? It is so confusing. Anyone can tell me what to do?
