Hey man, I think ya accidentally left the store number on the receipt pic (0398). No big deal really...in any event, it's nice to see a fellow hoosier in the forums. I've got a few buddies from IUB that are from the region (Elkhart)...good people Big Grin

Thanks for the heads up, I'll check my local staples when I get a chance and see if I can snag a stick or two!

nope it seems like it may be all over. I walked in to get the free water today in Vernon hills Illinois and was pissed when I saw the $.50 label. I was only pissed because someone other then me got it. Frown

This was already on clearance for $24.50 for a month or so, so most were already sold. You're not going to get any staples employees in trouble - it's the same clearance price at all Staples.

There's no penalty for thumbs down.

There are a lot of people that will TD a deal unless it's guaranteed 100% with a single click online. If they actually have to remember to walk into a store they happen to be nearby for some other reason and check for a price, it's too much. So TD.

There's also quite another big chunk that spend a boatload of money on gas rushing around to store after store, never finding the YMMV item, and now TD's all YMMV items.

Ignore them... please Smilie They're just improving the chances for those that are willing to stop at the Staples in the same parking lot as that other store they're going to to see if it's in stock.

Some of the best deals I've scored, saving me thousands of dollars, are YMMV deals. Got two 32GB Nexus 7 2013's last week for $150 each to give a recent example.

Please do keep posting deals like this, and just ignore the haters.

I'd go try this but my local staples guy told me he buys anything good technology related when the price is right, says he does the clearance tags, I said I'll stop bothering to find deals.

TU Op!! Don't be discouraged.
