It's missing LTE band 2 and 12 on tmobile. the signal problems are one of this phones "CONS"
T-mobile uses bands 2,4 and 12 for LTE. Band 4 makes up most of the traffic and coverage. Band 2 is for rural areas and band 12 is being rolled out now for spectrum acquired from Verizon.
OPO doesn't support bands 2 and 12.
N5 supports 2. N6 supports both 2 and 12.

Oneplus out of the box works with MobileIron no problem at all unless you root it. You can always unroot which will allow MobileIron to work again.

Crashes, apps closing, reboots, bugs, etc. It's a hack version of Android, after all.

Also, 16GB may not be in production anymore based on what I've read...no one has had invites for the 16GB either. You would normally see 32GB for the extra $50 so to get 64 it probably just makes sense to go with that option since there is no expandable storage.

The nightlies are better than CM11s in my opinion. Less buggy and the fixes are in there on a nightly basis.

My OnePlus has never crashed and has a lot more flexibility than my old samsung galaxy series phones. Hacked is not the correct term. Every company has its own 'version' of android. The cyanogen team just does it right... rather than slapping on a bloatware style skin.

I've had mine for almost a week, no crashes, which is very refreshing from my HTC One X and much moreso from my Samsung Note LTE. I will say since app developers might not test on Cyanogenmod, there is the opportunity for problems. I have no idea, they all might, since it is so popular. The battery life and charging time is awesome. There is a common manufacturing issue with a yellow band near the bottom of the screen, mine has it faintly. I've read UV light will make it fade (glue residue?), but I can only see it when I turn my screen brightness down all of the way. They haven't given me any invites yet, otherwise I'd share
