I have the 4000DPI and absolutely love it. For 12 bucks, assuming the build quality and feel is about the same, the 2400 DPI is pretty much a no-brainer!

Thanks OP

What's the deal with the lights? Just the red color? Is it too bright? Any details you can offer.

Thanks nod

The mouse wheel is red, the icon on the back of the mouse changes with dpi setting changes. At 1600 dpi, the default it is red. At 800 dpi blue, at 2400 dpi green.

LED on the back of the mouse changes color to green when you switch the DPI. The scroll wheel always stays red. The lights aren't offensively bright, but for me they're always on. Possibly changeable through software package, but I haven't tried.

Plug and play. Great accuracy, low lift-off. Very well constructed. Cons are it comes in a crappy lil box and you have to put the teflon feet on yourself. And the ring finger area is a little funky in the hand. Other than that, certainly a great mouse and especially good for its price.

EDIT: Got beat to it. Missed the bit about blue LED's, but I'm always at red DPI.
