iOS 8.1 audio device priority (bluetooth)

My iPhone has several paired bluetooth devices. Some bluetooth devices I want to always be the default audio input/output when they are detected (Ford Sync and Plantronics headset). However I also have a Vizio sound bar with bluetooth input. Whenever the sound bar is powered on (turning on TV), the phone automatically sets the sound bar as the default audio output. I would like to prevent this without having to unpair the devices.

Right now I just open an app (usually spotify) and manually change the audio output from VIZIO S4251w to "iPhone" every time I power-on the sound bar. Is there any means to assign device priority? For example 1.) plantronics headset 2.) Ford Sync 3.) iPhone 4.) sound bar? Thus allowing me to manually switch audio output to the sound bar when I want?

As it stands now, it's just 1.) all bluetooth devices 2.) iPhone

Thanks folks
