This is always nice, but would be better if Krogers gas prices aren't so high compared to others.

Do you know when the deal lasts through?

They're usually on par with other stations in my area.

In Lexington, Kroger has the same or slightly lower prices than the other stations nearby.

It's possible that it's regional; we'll just have to see. I got the ad from the coupon printer after my receipt printed.

I saw this posted elsewhere so hopefully it will be nationwide.

I haven't seen this before. What is the benefit to 4x points?

for me Kroger pumps are 5 miles away, but i have arco with in 2 miles. At Arco they dont accept credit cards, so i buy Arco giftcards at fred meyer and use it at Arco. one more thing at Arco if i use giftcard i don't have to visit the cashier.

for me with $250 arco giftcard purchase:
-- $12 worth for me 1000 gas points (my car has only 12 gallon tank)
-- 750 Amex Blue card cash points (i wont get these if i pay cash at Arco)
-- i dont have to walk to cashier especially with my toddler.

I got the print out today so this looks to be nationwide. I'm guessing if it is at the subsidiaries (I have Fry's in AZ) then it will probably be everywhere.

Does anyone know if the fuel points can be used across subsidiaries? For example, can I use my Fry's points at Ralphs, King Scoopers, Kroger, etc?

Yes, you should be able to use the points across subsidiaries. I work at Kroger and I have people from across the country and they use the same cards to get points and use them just fine.
