Thanks. I'm only interested in the amex gc's and wasn't sure if they're also part of the $25 extra bucks or if they're just w/no fees only.

need to spend 25 ebc in one transaction. that's how they get you. better if it was 25 gc

NO...look at the terms, ebc can't be used for gift cards...and several other things.

My local Kroger wouldn't let me buy an AMEX GC with an AMEX CC (though allowed Visa/Mastercard CC). Don't know why that is, but hopefully CVS isn't like that.

no, they are not. only the ON/Gap cards earn the ECB's. no fees on Amex

That one will go down in history! What an awesome deal that was.....I haven't had that much fun in awhile, skipping to CVS for $100 in ECB! lol it was limit 2 per card!
