Good deal! This phone throws down with the LG G3 spec for spec BUT it doesn't offer a user-replaceable battery or micro-SD slot. If you can live with that you can save about $100* off the current G3 Staples deal.

Meh... Specs are outdated now. I'll wait for the OnePlus TWO; hopefully, they use a better marketing scheme next time.

The problem is, there is simply not enough market left for such a small screen anymore for the manufacturers to devote the R&D.

I'm just waiting for my Pip-Boy 3000.

I got the same feeling at the beginning but when I upgraded my Samsung s3 to this phone, I feel 1+1 screen size is perfect. You can still operate with one hand but it provides enough screen space to view a website.

yeah ive got a smartwatch now so i can keep the phone tucked away. good half-measure i suppose.

in the future the watch will do everything and the companion device will be a device-agnostic folding screen/mic/speaker/keyboard thing.

ugg, 3" screen, you be crazy!?!? Dealing with the 3.5" Events in my perk farm drive me nuts. Even the 4" Concords are a little annoying at times. I'm happy with my 5" G2 and would even be okay with the 5.5" G3 but anything above that is a tablet in my opinion.

Well, it is not outdated in the $350 price range.
You will need to wait another year for OnePlus Two (hopefully). Get OnePlue One now and upgrade to OnePlus Two later.

You forget also missing the QHD screen... Seriously this phone sounded like an amazing deal when announced! But with the long delay to market, it really has become a lot less appealing, throw in the poor reviews in terms of build quality(my general impression from what I have read), I got sick of waiting and just got a cheap standby. I agree you won't find better specs for less, but If I was still in the market, I would probably just look for a used nexus 5. If you are a CM nut though, This could be your phone. I say pass, I am cool waiting for 2015 to bring out 64 bit snapdragons(808 and 810), and maybe then we will see phones coming out with some 4gb of ram and a slow migration to low power ddr4.

For those waiting for Oneplus Two, I'd jump on this now instead. They won't be selling phones at cost for long. They are doing this now to get a customer base and then will be selling phones at a profit margin soon....

As far as the screen, build quality..etc.

I have a oneplus, and after seeing mine two of my co-workers got one as well. None of us have any of the issues that people complain about. I do have to say that the signal might be a little lower in some places but that may be due to the 1+ missing one of the LTE bands.

Also, nobody needa QHD screens on a phone anyways. The current tradeoff for battery life makes it not worth it.

Shipping varies you should put 349 + Shipping, mine came out to ~359.xx.

I warn everyone also, the phone is awesome when it works, but horrendous when it does not (customer service is next to nil).

Had the phone since August, loved it, gave out 8 referrals to friends and family. Started getting frequent forced reboots tried to RMA it, takes them 2 weeks to even respond to me with a generic email, got fed up with their way of handling it and sent it back for full refund.

There isn't a 32GB version, just a 16GB and a 64GB. But regardless of that, I'm pretty sure you'll end up waiting even longer for the other model as due to "production issues" they are pretty much focusing on one model at a time. I think there are still people from previous pre orders waiting on the 16GB version.

Disagree, I think the truth is that the bigger screens are made to hide the huge battery that is required to run these new phones with multiple cores etc.. Not that consumers do not like small screens. Case in point, Samsung the creator of big screen category is suffering down sales. As for Apple, their customer base just wanted change and big screen was that change.
