Walmart's Pre-Black Friday ad lists a Sony or LG 60" TV depending on store. Clicked through the ad for my store and it showed this TV, not sure what the LG model will be. Currently selling for $798, which was a front page deal a couple of weeks ago.

I do see this (https://blackfriday.com/stores/wa...-ad/page-1), it just says Sony or LG...no model numbers, but clicking the link on the add takes you to the Sony mentioned above

This one is really tempting me. I need a 60"+ for our living room.

Edit: Their ad comes in for me now. May be a decent option vs going out on Wednesday at 6pm.

I believe the Vizio is an actual Black Friday (Thursday) deal. The Sony is included in their Pre Black Friday event they have going for the next week. I took a screenshot on my phone showing the price and model number of the TV with the valid dates. Interestingly enough, it says Sony or LG 60" Class Smart HDTV, but the model number is for the Sony.

The model got some good feedback on SD for around $800. Not a ton of reviews for it, as it seems to be a newer tv. Everything seems positive so far though.

Looks like the Sony is going to be available at my local Walmart. I refuse to deal with BF bullsh*t, so I was gong to snag this 60" Vizio for $800
http://www.amazon.com/VIZIO-E600i...PDKIKX0DER

I Think I'll go for this Sony. Can anyone comment on the major differences between the above Vizio and this Sony? I'm not TV savvy.

Also, wondering why Amazon shows this Sony model as 60hz whereas Walmart shows it as 120hz?

I'll be in for a Sony and I tweeted BB, they will price match if your local walmart have it in stock, so you can avoid that Walmart PRE BF Thanksgiving BS all together.
