Thread Details

Contest submission begins on November 24, 2014 at 4:00:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") and ends on December 3, 2014 at 11:59:59 p.m. EST.

Only to legal residents of the forty eight (48) contiguous United States, District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United Kingdom, who have reached the age of majority in their respective jurisdiction at the time of entry.

Follow the steps outlined on that website to register, and Correctly answer the Daily Trivia question (each an “Entry” and a “Grand Prize Entry”).

Contest can be entered at any time during the Contest Period. Entrants may answer any missed Daily Trivia questions until the end of the contest period. Entrants will have as many chances to correctly answer the Daily Trivia question as required. Each time an entrant correctly answers a trivia question before the close of the Contest Period, 11:59:59 pm, EST December 3, 2014, they will receive an Entry into the Grand Prize draw for a maximum of ten (10) Grand Prize Entries. The number of Grand Prize Entries received by each Entrant will be the number of trivia questions correctly completed.

Limit is ten (10) Entries and Grand Prize Entries per Entrant during the Contest Period regardless of email address provided. Entries that exceed these limits will invalidate all Entries or Grand Prize Entries previously made by that Entrant.

For the Secondary Prize, prior to the start of the Contest, there will be one (1) randomly selected time per Day during the Contest Period. The first Entrant who enters on or after the randomly selected time per Day will be eligible for the Kobo Aura H2O eReader. Secondary Prize Winners will be sent an email from contest@kobo.com within forty-eight (48) business hours of receiving their winning notification.

For the Grand Prize, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all Grand Prize Entries received during the Contest Period on or about December 4, 2014 at approximately 3:00 pm EST in Toronto, ON.

There will be ten (10) Secondary Prizes of a Kobo Aura H2O eReader and one (1) Grand Prize pack consisting of a $5,000 CAD credit from Travelocity and two Kobo Aura H2O eReaders.

Secondary Prize: During the Contest Period there will be one (1) Secondary Prize awarded each Day consisting of: One (1) Kobo Aura H2O eReader will be won each Day of the duration of the Contest Period, for a total of ten (10) Kobo Aura H2O eReaders. Kobo Aura H2O eReader approximate value is CAD $179.99.

Grand Prize: There will be one Grand Prize package awarded to an eligible Winner, consisting of a credit of CAD $5,000 (or approximately £2780) from Travelocity.ca for a trip for two and two (2) Kobo Aura H2O eReaders approximate value of CAD $359.98 (CAD $179.99 each.)

Travel credit from Travelocity.ca must be redeemed by no later than December 31, 2014 at 5pm EST. Travel dates are subject to availability and holiday/blackout dates, conventions and special event periods, must include a Saturday-night stay, and must be completed by March 31st, 2015. All travel requests will be fulfilled based on availability. Guest of winner must be 21 years of age or older. If Winner is unable to travel by date indicated, prize will be forfeited. Prizes may not be transferred or assigned except by Sponsor. Winner must meet the designated car rental company’s requirements in order to receive the car rental portion of the prize, if any.
