According to the Wall Street Journal, the Moto X (2014) 16 GB will be $140 off on Monday ($360). The same article mentions that the 1+1 will be available for three days starting on Friday without an invite.

What's better? 1+1 for $299 (16 GB), $350 (64 GB) or the Moto X 16 GB for $360?

Wall Street Journal [wsj.com]

On Cyber Monday, Motorola will offer $140 off an unlocked version of the Moto X on Motorola.com. That would make the 16GB version of the phone $360. Now that's a deal!
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

"In case you were traveling in a snowstorm and missed it, we announced that we'll be selling the new Moto X (2nd Gen.) for $399 starting Dec. 10th. You may have noticed what Motorola is doing for Cyber Monday as well. Worry not thrifty savers, we plan to roll out a similar opportunity to save even more on the 10th along with Moto Maker customization. More on that to come!

Some of you might be curious why we haven't referenced that we were working on the new Moto X in our prior monthly recaps. As is most often the case, we were precluded from sharing this information given our agreements and negotiations with our partners. We can tell you now though that we've had our engineers, operations, and marketing staff working on this project for a good while along with Motorola's and we hope that those who purchase a new Moto X will enjoy the product & service as much as we have."

I'd rather have the Moto X, but the OnePlus One gets better battery life. Not in the market for either, personally.

What about the 32 GB? 16 GB is almost insulting to those of us who actually use a smartphone for its full functionality (music, pictures, etc.).

Ah, how short our memories are - does no one remember the FUBAR that was the Motorola site last CyberMonday when they tried something similar?
