Thread Details

Employees of Michigan state university get a 23% discount from sprint pcs. My bill comes up to 27$ per month at present-slick! Many people are not aware of this-thought I would share. If you take credit for dropped calls its another additional $10 off your bill Cool All you have to do is call and ask.

Just realize corporate discounts cannot be added to SERO accounts. If you call and a CSR says she added it, do not believe her. CSRs cannot add it. Same with store employees. They can apply for it, but when it goes through the approval process it will get denied. Especially if you are on the ensemble system.

Some people manage to squeek through by having eCare apply it immediately without going through the approval process. But that too is getting harder and harder to do in the ensemble system.

[edit] Many people are able to get corporate discounts + SERO - myself included.

yes, i got my dad a discount b/c he's a doc working at a hospital. it's 23% off so his bill was only $27 after taxes. they ask for your employer's info and contact person to verify, but i don't think they ever called.

USAA members (ie. military families) get only a 5% discount. It might be more for active duty. I'm only a dependent, but I get 5%
