Frontpage deal at Perfumamia
I stacked the two codes and bought $116 in colonge for only $40.48 including tax. One code gives you $10 off $50 with free shipping and the other gives you 25% off. One of the colonges I have wanted since my 2010 cruise in March. Three free samples included free with my order too.

![]() I found another $10 off code that stacks as well. (ENT15) I placed another order with the three discounts and bought some early Christmas gifts and some deeply discounted colognes that I know I like and a couple I wanted to try for 74% off msrp. I tried to call customer service, but they are not open yet. I will try to apply the third code, if they let me, or I will cancel the first order and replace it with the three discounts applied. ![]() You saved $113.54, which is 74% OFF the MSRP of your entire purchase. Subtotal:$60.46 TWITTER - $10 OFF-$10.00 $10 OFF -$10.00 Shipping:$5.95 Free Standard Shipping! -$5.95 Total Tax:$0.00 Total:$40.46 Last edited by MichCamper; 08-17-2011 at 05:46 AM.. |

Dinner out with friends last night. I had some good fajitas of steak, chiken, and shrimp.
It was a leasurely meal with good conversation. Then we headed out to a movie theater where we save $2.50 per ticket using an entertainment book coupon on each of our four tickets. At the concession stand we used two entertainement book coupons for free small popcorns and a $2.00 off coupon from entertainment for a large pop/popcorn combo pack. We saw the movie Change Up which was better than I expected and funny. Yes, on the surface it seems to be a remake of Disney's Freaky Friday but with a much higher level of adult themes, scenes, jokes, and language. The four of us enjoyed it. Dinner coupons at $10 off each saved us $20 total. Ticket coupon saved us $2.50 each for another $10 in savings. Concession savings of $9.50 total === Total Saved last night was $39.50 making a $30 savings book a good deal in less than a day. Rated R for pervasive strong crude sexual content and language, some graphic nudity and drug use. Running Time: 112 mins |

Sounds nice Mich.
So, anyone make use of ShoeBuy.com? I have a $10 cert (not from MCR). I kind of figured it's like the other "gift certificates", it's just a discount. But, I got one from another place. I tried to use it. I just created an account. I found an online promotional code for 25% off. So, $50-$12.50 (25%)-$10 (Cert) =$27.50... I thought. But, what the site shows is $50-$5(member)-$10 = $35. It was the oddest thing. The coupon worked, once signed in, the coupon was gone and there was a $4 coupon off. Then, I added the $10 cert, which made the member discount change to $5 off. BUt, the coupon was gone. I tried to start over and I cleared out my cookies. I re did things and signed back in and the coupon just goes away. And the certificate, I couldn't even add, since it was still tied to the order which wasn't completed. Plus, I see no way of getting back to that order that wasn't completed. Blah! It doesn't seem to be a friendly site! I was just looking for some input. I find a lot of sites that don't seem to be very well written/coded. One annoyance I find is having to register with all my personal information just to find out what the shipping charges will be. Some sites require a heck of a lot of information, you get the the shipping charges, and they charge so much that I won't complete the order because of the shipping charges. I like the sites where you can enter a zip or estimate shipping before shopping cart check-out. I am finding more and more of these "gift cards" and "gift certificates" that, as you pointed out, are not really that. They are promotional/discount codes. I was trying to get a good deal on labor day weekend motel and the discount codes I was trying to save with were actually higher room rates than I could get without a discount code. ![]() === off to buy tickets later today to go see Wicked in December |
