This is one of the most fun little toys you could imagine. It is also a great trainer for the bigger quadcopters that are becoming so popular these days.
And an awesome christmas present.Smilie
It is on sale at RadioShack.com for $39.99.

Sign up for their email and you get a $10 off $25 coupon (bottom of the page).
These normally run over $40 on Amazon ($45.99) right now.
The description says black/red but the photos show black/white which should be what you get. They also have these in store but I don't know how you would apply any coupon to it.
A nice video review (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AafuEIi8O8w) No affiliation...
Prettty darn durable as I have crashed my numerous times with little effect. I replaced the blades and need to again but parts are cheap and plentiful.
Hope you have fun.
Oh, and it drives my dog nuts.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

Not a bad deal. Isn't quite as good of a model as some I have flown but the ones I fly usually do not have any sales. Good buy if you are looking to try something out.

Nice - I just got one of these for my birthday, and it's pretty fun. Easy to get started, but there's enough challenge that I can see it wouldn't get old too quickly.
I don't have much chance to fly it, since both my dog & my toddlers are way too interested (and none of them knows how to be gentle enough with something like this).

I jumped on it anyways. Seems like I can get a good run with it and let people play with this to kill time.

While this is an excellent price, I recently purchased a Syma X11 that was on sale at Amazon [amazon.com] a few weeks back for $20. That has to be the best little quad I have ever flown. It is extremely stable and comes with a blade guard pre-installed.

Here is a review [rcgroups.com] and somewhere in the comments is a coupon code to get it for $23 shipped from gearbest.com

The main difference between the Syma and the Hubson is that the Syma has geared rotor shafts which makes it very stable.

Thanks for the comparison!

What about an RC plane? Any decently priced below $100 that can last up to 45 minutes to 1 hour of flight time?

I frequent those forums but never read that thread. Thanks for the link.
Not a big fan of Gearbest. There shipping times are terrible (from China) and I tried to buy a H107D from them as they had the best price. I paid for expedited shipping and after a week of my order still showing pending I started a ticket. Only then did they tell me that they were out of stock and did not know when they would be available. They already had my money from paypal. I cancelled the order and they refunded in a week or so.

I opted for the version with the HD camera. Arrives Monday. Can't wait to test out some aerial photos and vids.

No offense, but there's no good reason to ask about RC planes in a quad deal thread. RC groups forum has limitless info on planes! Nothing but hijacking potential with this post.
