What age would you say a kid could tackle this on their own?

I'd say an 8 yo can tackle this, and a 10 yo can be really creative with it.

...True, I figure about 8/9 really. I think I was about that young, when I started. Love this building set. I had so many, it was awesome to build more than one thing at a time. I think, if I remember correctly, I had a rollercoaster version, that took some time to put together, but was awesome when finished. Smilie

Would you say you enjoyed this more or less than Legos? I know they both their own spot but my 7yo nephew is just starting out with Legos.

Would you recommend getting more than one set? I'm not sure how many different things you can build at one time with one set? Or maybe start with one and judge how much interest there is in it? Seems like a good price. Two seems tempting.

Surrounding areas have some.
Clear Lake Shores for In-Store P/U or call Atascosita and have them hold it.
