I got one of these with the touchscreen from the outlet for 215 out the door. Its a great basic desktop that is easily upgrade able. One plus is that it has an HDMI in so you can hook this up to an xbox or playstation or use it as another display for a different computer. I currently have it on my work desk as a second monitor and when my daughter wants to get on the computer, its right there.

One other thing. Some reviews say that it comes with a battery... IT DOES NOT. There is a service manual that states that there is a battery version, but I have yet to see one in the US. I am currently looking into seeing if one can purchase the battery and install it aftermarket... that would make this thing a killer travel machine.

You should be able to swap out the HDD with a properly sized, compatible SSD...the CPU is not upgradeable.

CPU nope.

HDD to SSD is super easy... There is a flap on the back, you don't even need a screwdriver.

The Ram can be upgraded although that is a little more difficult. 4gb is plenty though, the CPU is the major bottleneck anyway.

I am guessing 8gb, there is only 1 slot.

If you don't mind refurbs or s&d, I've gotten better deals out of the Lenovo outlet. Not bad for a new Dell though

I haven't had any problems with my dell 27" and 23" AIO's and comes in handy to have dual touch screens for what I have to do. The only annoying part is that I don't have matching 27"s
