Doesn't say for sure if it's ATT or TMobile version.

Look at the pictures of the phone. Back cover shows ATT logo

Are they really "factory refurbished" ( as in by Samsung) ? Or just any factory (say the sellers basement) ?

It says factory refurbished but doesn't list the warranty period.

unlocked means it can be used on any provider that uses the gsm network... ie; t-mobile, AT&T, criket, etc...

This is the cheapest I've seen for an S4 and reviews found on dailysales are all positive -- also they have a 30 day return policy so if it's not as described its going right back

So based on the specs, it looks like the AT&T model (although "Android v4.2.2 (Jelly Bean), upgradable to v4.4.2 (KitKat)" appears to be T-Mobile if the wiki is to be believed). AT&T means encrypted bootloader. While devs have sorta bypassed that with loki, can you really put a complete T-Mobile ROM on this thing, kernel and all? I really like T-Mobile's wifi calling, but thats baked into the ROM (or is it the kernel).

After getting screwed out of the Tiger Direct Deal (not sure why I didn't run screaming when I saw "Tiger Direct" and "Deal", but whatever), I'd settle for the previous gen at about $150 less.

A stock photo can be wrong.
FYI, it says "1.6 GHz quad-core processor" which suggests this is the international i9500 model, not the ATT model. On the description page.
But on the product details page it says 1.9ghz which suggests it can be the att model.

So who knows.

I'm also interested in this if we can get wifi calling. Anybody have any idea?
