Shipping is $3.19 or free fast shipping with Newegg Premier (can get a free 30 day trial).

$89.99 - ($10 Rebate Card) - ($15 Masterpass discount) = $64.99

This is the flagship single graphics card from 2 generations ago. It performs roughly on par with an R9 270.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

They are close. The 750ti consumes a lot less power though, I would pick it over this unless I was on an extreme budget

This is a great deal. This was a super high end card a few year ago, and if you grab two they will outperform any card at the $140 price level.

based on overclock.net:

6970 2gb is rank 51 and gtx 650ti 1gb is rank 71. 6970 consumes a lot power though.

agreed. I was able to get a more stable experience with my r9 270 using mantle on dragon age inquisition. makes a difference if your CPU is not high end.

To run two, you better have a very strong PSU. Even for one the sort of PSU most computers ship with won't cut it.

this is better performance wise but overall i think the 650ti is better since it runs cooler/less power

The 650ti is a gimped card compared to the 6970. The only reason to get the 650ti is if you are running a VERY low power PSU.
