For amazon Prime member, Amazon will take additional $10.00 off on turbotax products. TurboTax Preimer sale for $69.99 - $10.00 = $59.99. Discount applies automatically. This include Fed E-file.

Corporate/business version is $104.99 after discount.

Bestbuy/Staples/Office Depot etc are selling for $89.99 for Premier, $149.99 for Business version

Many said Schedule D is now not included in the Deluxe version, a force to upgrade to Premier for people who have sold/buy stocks. Keep this in mind when purchase.

Sucks to pay Uncle Same, but still a great tool to save on tax! Smilie

Seems like a pretty good deal. I have done Premier online the past 5 years or so and it is always around $50 for Federal and another $38 for state. So usually around 90 bucks.

This says it includes State. I assume it is extra to e-file? Is it the same amount as the turbo tax online edition? I totally don't mind just mailing in the state if that is an option as well.

How are these "got it for X" last month responses helpful? Are you saying it will go down to that price again?

Helpful to me as an FYI that it's possible to get a price like that. Finding out how they did it, and looking out for it in the future.

Surprised I didn't know about it myself. I actually sold 3 stocks this year, so unfortunately I will need premier. I've had a deal alert for TurboTax set up for about a month I thought.

Wish I knew Premier was included. I actually saw that deal, but Deluxe will not suffice for me. I'm surprised Deluxe is even an option for anyone. If you're financially stable to be owning a home, I would expect them to have investments as well.

Would like to know this as well. If it doesn't come with the state e-file then it's a room temperature deal. Yes, it retails at like $79.99 or something, but they run specials if you file early like in January. The prices go up the closer you get to April 15, including state.

Wait, how is this a deal when TurboTax Premier is $49.99 at turbotax.com right now?

This is a great price if you need the premier version(ie have rental property) but like the other, scored this for $10 last month. You wont get it lower than this amazon price this year though.

Someone found an internal affiliate test page. Most likely won't happen again.

That's risky as you are using a code not meant for you and specially filing taxes..I can't take that gamble to save few bucks

No free State e-file = no deal for me
Last time I filed State on paper it took 5 months to get a refund in my state.

This is the second straight year that there was an affiliate loophole then. Last year, people were able to get Premier for FREE through that loophole. There was a huge thread going around about it.

The funny thing is some random poster came in stating that what everyone was doing was fraud and that he was in the process of getting the loophole closed. People called BS obviously, but a short time later the entire thread was erased from the SD site altogether.

I initially got in on the deal, but after the loophole was closed, it ended up not working. Wonder if the people in the thread from this year will get away with it. TT actually got some money off them this time though, so I wonder if they'd be willing to just refund it like that. Likely doesn't cost them much of anything to add another user.
