It does not allow to pause or rewind or forward. Interface is pretty poor.

Also, you can not watch it in two devices.

During the trial, I could not find a way to see the Kids or the sports section. You have to enroll using a credit card and after 7 days it will automatically start to charge unless you call the 1-800 number or cancel subscription.

Sling is a new (unreleased) subscription for TV much like netflix. $20 for live TV from a handful of channels. Allows you to cut your cable.

Not really gullible if you want to watch stuff like sports. There aren't many options for those who want that, but do not want to pay for a cable subscription full of unwanted channels. This cuts it down tremendously.

Interesting... Includes: ESPN, ESPN2, TNT, TBS, FOOD, HGTV, Travel, CNN, & ABC Family.

Thumbs up and I'm on the list.

Might be worth it.

I am almost positive their name will change once slingbox sues them. I was confused just from the title.

Has anyone received an invite? Couple days ago I joined their subscription list, so now when I try to enter my email address to get an invite, it says I've already joined their subscription list. So is this really for an invite.

DISH's satelite operator owns Sling Media, which makes the slingbox.

Pretty sure the parent company of Dish Echostar owns sling hence why they are using the sling.com domain name.

Definitely a good idea but not enticing enough to drop xbmc on my fire tv and my OTA channels, now if they gave me the option to pick and choose the channels that I really like or would watch for 20$ I would jump on that, just my opinion Smilie
