same thing happens to me as well. I guess 5% dell advantage rewards wont be happening for this one

supposedly Dell has a policy of 10 of such promos per year. Does anyone know how it works? last year I might have done over couple dozen and no issue but been reading some chatter about the new limit of 10. Any ideas where this is coming from?

Why would you doubt it's an IPS panel when you can look at the spec list and witness thusly:
