I wonder how many people don't really "save on shipping" with in store pickup. Ah well, gas is "cheap" right now I suppose.

Also, I know some of you will be at the getting place anyway, or very near. That's saving. Money at least.

If you have Prime, don't forget to choose Amazon "no rush shipping" to get a $1 credit for digital content. I've racked up a ton of credits using that option for stuff I don't need right away.

I get free expedited shipping with BB or if I want it sooner I have 2 BB stores each within 5 miles of my home. I almost always plan my trips if I go out to cover all my errands or stop after work on my way home as I drive right past all the stores. In short store pick up only costs me extra time if I want it sooner then later.

Seriously Amazon? A dollar more? I was waiting for them to PM and use the slower shipping for the $1 credit but now that's negated.

Except for those with Prime (which most people have to pay for), you only save on shipping from if you are buying enough movies to qualify for it. I think most people are smart enough to figure out whether or not saving on shipping is worth the time & effort of going to the store.

This may not matter to most, but note that the movie "Robots" is the 2-disc version from BB and the 1-disc version from Amazon. This may be the case with more of the listed movies but I didn't check any aside from "Pi", "Apes" and "Zoo" (these are 2-disc versions regardless of vendor).
