This is the best price I have seen on this gun.

"5R Rifling"
That alone is worth noting. I built an AR15 last year with an ARP barrel with 5R rifling and they have some nice advantages over the more common button rifling; less deformation on the bullet leading to greater accuracy, easier to clean the fouling/gunpowder out, and the barrel stays cleaner longer because it doesn't cut into the copper jacket of the bullet.

Where are the correction Nazis? OP, be ready for the "this is not an AR-10" debate... Without looking it up, this is likely a LR-308 platform, but everyone please do your own research before you buy magazines or try to make changes.
I'm only giving a 5 cent tour:

There are now 3 designs (I know of) for 308 caliber AR platform:

-Original AR-10 made by ArmaLite and copied by no one
-LR 308 made by DPMS and copied by many
-New low profile LR308, DPMS also, uppers do not line up with old lowers

True enough. Did lots of research and decided on a a Maten from Mega, but was unable to find one before our new laws took effect.
