The "Tastykake Garfield Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state, at the time of entry.

Limit one (1) entry per participant per day

The Promotion Period is divided into seven (7) weekly periods (each a "Weekly Sweepstakes Period"), with winner drawings and announcements on or about the Friday of the corresponding week. All entries must be received and recorded by the Sponsor during the Weekly Sweepstakes Period to be eligible for the corresponding random drawing.

One (1) Grand Prize – Two (2) Fandango Promotional Codes (each, a "Fandango Code"), each valid towards one ticket (up to $15 total per ticket and associated fees and charges) to see The Garfield Movie, a (1) year supply of Tastykake product valued at $259 awarded in the form of coupons and $1,000 cash (awarded in the form of a check). Grand Prize has an approximate retail value of $1,289.00.

Six (6) First Prizes - A $100 Gift card, $20 worth of Tastykake product awarded in the form of coupons, and Two (2) Fandango Codes will be awarded during the Sweepstakes periods. Winners are solely responsible for all local, state and federal taxes associated with each prize. First Prizes have an approximate retail value of $150 each. The approximate retail value of the total of all prizes in this Sweepstakes is $2,189.
