This deal from a little over a week ago went live again at shopritedelivers. I jumped on the deal last week and received my console today (shipping time was only about 3-4 business days.) Console came in great condition, and didn't have to pay sales tax. Plus this deal may be even better as I had to pay $5.99 shipping but it looks like shipping may be free currently. Includes
Microsoft Xbox One Console
Microsoft Xbox One Controller
500 GB HDD
Chat Headset
HDMI Cable
Power Supply

Bought one from the previous deal as well. Came quick, took a day or two to ship then came to NY in 2 days.

The Xbone itself, man it's got some issues... They really released a terd this time, it's a shame they focused so much on the stupid social media crap and not so much on the console and interface itself.
Few things I've run into for those that are interested.
-The touch buttons on the front, power and eject, stopped responding at one point so I couldn't eject the disc. The option in didn't display in the soft menu on the console either. A soft reboot didn't fix the issue, I had to unplug the console and replug to get the buttons working again.
-While installing a game and watching a feed on the HDMI in (my HTPC for this) it will stutter a lot, the Xbone can't handle it. I have my 2x8 HDMI MUX running into the HDMI in and to my TV, so I can route anything anywhere.
-Don't press the Xbone button when the achievement pops on the bottom of your screen, it will take FOREVER to pull up the achievement information.
-For parties, a second person on your console will need their own invite, they won't just come with you like on the 360.
-Netflix and Fios can get wonky and horribly stuttery... Fixed by unplugging the power and replugging.
-HMCC is still a mess. The party/session in game roster system is horrible, you'll get splitup constantly and won't be able to join again. You'll have to back out of the game and quit it, then try again. Matchmaking is completely random whether it works or not. Splitscreen matchmaking can still stutter on certain maps, they seem to have removed the Forge World maps which were simply unplayable for splitscreen people before, but there are a few maps that aren't happy. Halo3 campaign (which we played cause we gave up after hours of random matchmaking failures) runs well. Halo4 campaign is a lagfest, especially if you're playing splitscreen, but even if you're not.

All in all, for a system that's been out for a year... And for the Master Chief Collection, the series that made XBox what it is, to still be as bad as it is is just sad. I can't believe they released it in this state. It really shows that developers and publishers don't give a shit anymore. The current paradigm of "get it out there, we'll fix it OTA in firmware/software updates" is simply horrible... (it's obviously not just them, it's everybody now)
It's a clusterf*ck to be sure.

Last thing that really annoys me about the main Xbone menu, the live tile interface, is that the live tiles can change where they are and what they do randomly... this is coming from a WinPhone8 user and Win8 tablet user, both of which I like very much. But tiles changing functionality randomly really pisses me off. It's most evident around the main active tile (which is the last thing you had open or have open, game, TV, video, whatever) and pisses me off things aren't in the same place all the time. It's a stupid move and serves only to annoy people.

edit:
keep in mind, these are only my observations over the weekend... since i've only had it since Friday and the games (Halo and Dying Light) since Saturday. i'm sure i'll find far more that doesn't work properly or fails to work properly shortly.

another note.
if it wasn't for Halo and friends playing on this console, i would've sent it back already for my money. it's a disappointment of a console, this generation really dropped the ball.

Yet the price keeps falling. I thought it would take till March-May for $299 but here we are. $199 by BF now looks like a possibility if not before.

The xbone's interface is a steaming pile of shit. It literally takes upwards of 20 seconds to load the friends list the majority of the time. The overall response time to any user interaction is ridiculously slow. And no, it's not just my console. I've experienced quite a few and all had the same issues. It makes zero sense why the 360 should have a better user experience than the xbone's.
