Seeing there has been a lot more vaping threads, I figured it would be nice to start a thread here in the lounge where vapers could chat, discuss vaping, deals on vaping, and their setups.I have noticed a lot of vapers in the forums and people who are looking to try out vaping.

So if you are a vaper, looking to quit smoking, or just looking for some info come join us Smilie

Those not interested in vaping or looking to discuss/debate health topics, negatives or anti-vaping opinions are more then welcome to post elsewhere. This is not the place.

My only concern about shipping is that they screwed up the format of the address.

They put it like this:

first/last name
city
state
street address
zip

My K1000 will be waiting for me when I get home, so I should be able to provide my impressions.

As long as the ZIP is correct, you should be fine... may be delayed some.

of course it'll be delayed some. I have a package incoming from Germany that has taken almost a month because the sender neglected to put the zip on it. Just my luck.

Still no shipment confirmation for me. Sigh. I bet mine will be delayed because of my color choice. This is getting quite ridiculous with the collection of vape stuff. It's borderline addiction at this point. My IPV4 will be here Thursday. Very much looking forward to it.

I'm pretty happy with the Kamry K1000.
That said, even at the $25 price point, I don't know that I could recommend it for everyone. Evidently it's a bit prone to failure--but after doing some research, if/when it fails on me, I'll be comfortable repairing it.
But I may still look into a Smok Guardian Epipe Mod II.

I was thinking all color choices were in stock. Either way its still $10 cheaper than anywhere else I found it. I agree with that. I've cut back my vape budget a ton. Any time I used to see something I liked I ordered it. Now, I have so much stuff that I wound up giving some away to get people started.

No, I'm still thinking I may pick up an iStick 50W at some point. But maybe a 20W or 30W, depends on what order I get things in, and how much power I think I need.

I will say this. Whatever power you think you need, get more.

But why? I didn't really feel like I was lacking power with any of my other units, and I don't feel like I'm lacking power with this one either... was just time to order more cartomizers for my old one, and figured I'd try something different.

I got a 20w because the 50w was oos where I was placing an order. Spend the extra few bucks and get better. The 20w won't ever handle sub-ohm from what I understand ( not that I ever plan on using it ). And even with the 20w I find I could use more battery life. I regret it now and wish I went right for the 50w. The iStick is awesome though. Smilie

Ditto. I ordered 2 of those kbox's from vaporbeast too. One is for a coworker. The other will be a backup. I think I'm going to transition my IPV mini as a backup as well and use my IPV4 and M80 exclusively for every day use. Maybe switch it up a bit. Thanks for the deals. The only other thing on my radar as of lately is the atlantis mega...but I got the 5ml tube for the v1 atlantis so I'm not sure I even want it anymore.

For me, my vaping experience has been constantly evolving. Different tanks, different builds on drippers, different styles of drippers. I thought I would be happy with a 30 watt HANA DNA clone when I picked one up, but I still wanted more. It was a nice device to use on a tank, but I couldnt use my drippers on it. Plus, the istick 50watt has 2 batteries in it, so even if you're using it at a lower power, you're going to get a lot more life out of it.

I like the idea of the kbox, and that its 25mm, perfect for the subtank. I've been using my 4nine mech mod with an orchid for my daily. I love my orchid. I was looking at the subtanks and the atlantis tanks, but i've been let down so many times in the past by kanger products. The Orchid v4 holds about 4ml of juice, maybe a touch more, and that lasts me for my commute to work.

I have the subtank mini and the plus. I also have the Atlantis V1 and V2. The Atlantis kicks the crap out of the subtank. I have had a horrible experience with the subtanks. The only reason I did not get rid of them is because of the RBA. But even that dry fires at anything over 20 watts. I dremeled mine out and it helped a lot, but I need to dremel more out I guess. They also leak. I have never had a single issue out of my Atlantis. It's great. One coil lasts me a month and I could use it more I'm sure but I start to lose flavor...ohms still stays the same from the day I put a new coil in. I've never had a dry hit or any leaking issues like I have with the subtanks. It's also a lot cooler, whereas the subtank is off to the races getting hot. I plan on rebuilding my rba with Nickel soon and utilizing temp control.

My IPV4 came in yesterday. It is a beast. MASSIVE. I've been using my troll dripper at .4 ohms and 40 watts. Totally different than my IPV mini.
