Seems like a good deal but not sure how I'd like it compared to bf4... Any thoughts?

I played the beta too. My initial thought is that Hardline seems like a precursor to the main BF series we know today. The game plays pretty good, but it just feels like they took a step backwards to me.

Seriously, awful awful beta. BF4 is light years better. Even the graphics in this game on the X1 look like X360 bad, for real.

Yeah, this isn't much of an improvement over BF4 or BF3, but I had fun in the two betas I've played so I'm buying it at $40 (GC juggling). So thanks for the heads up on the the deal OP.

At $60 this game is almost an after thought. It looks disappointing when they announced it, but I have a $25 dell gift card that expires tomorrow.

It's irritating that they still make a PS3 and 360 version. That's how you know this game is gonna be crap.

Played this beta and there is not much of an improvement over BF4. BF4 is war and this is cops and robbers so there are a lot of things taken out (jets, tanks, rpg loadouts) which I'm not fond of, and the driving physics is the same as BF4 (which is whack). Essentially a reskinned and limited BF4. I don't think there will be network issues like BF4 had since the beta was operational since day 1. I'm interested in seeing what other game modes are available because the ones in the beta where pretty fun. Finally, I hate seeing comparison to Payday, this is leapyears.

Exactly what I'm doing, majority of the bf4 population will be moving over as well so might as well.

My dilemma is PS4 or PC version. PC, I get to play ultra while on PS4 I get the hardcopy and can trade it in towards a PS4 exclusive game.

Gonna settle with the PS4 version. The PC game shouldn't even be $60.

Will definitely buy once this comes down lower, beta was a lot of fun but not worth $60 to me even with a gift card.

Thanks for the heads up one this. I was afraid my 25GC would expire before the next deal came about. Originally bought Sunset Overdrive for 45+25GC back. Just got this for 40$ (using the 25GC) and got another 25$ GC.

Not a fan of preordering, but figure this could be an easy flip if the game is a flop and getting that 25$ extra will go great when its time for Halo 5 Big Grin
