FYI - the chocolate chip is NOT prime only. I was able to get the sale price for S&S without prime.

Thanks OP! Cheap way to get to 15% off for the month!

Hey Y'all, be sure to compare the final subscribe & save vs the initial price you signed up for. I found SEVERAL of my S&S orders had increased by $3+ over the initial subscription. I just went ahead and cancelled a bunch of them.

Amazon has the right to change prices arbitrarily:

They can also go down if prices decreases but you're right, we should always keep an eye out for price changes. The hardest part about keeping track is that item ships out at random times.

I'm really surprised by the price clause (though note the word "may"):
"If the price of the item increases or decreases, the amount you're charged may also increase or decrease."

That goes against every online store that I know. So this means that, like is often the case on Amazon, something is at a particular low price once every month or two, and you order on that day, that when it ships it's going to be at the usual price? That just doesn't sound right at all.

You're confusing delivery date and ship date. The delivery date is an estimate on when you will receive the package. My order sometimes ship as early as a week before my delivery date and arrive 3-5 days earlier than expected.

I just checked all my orders i just received. The email they sent has the price at the current date but when i checked, i was charged the original price on my gift card balance. I wonder if it's the next S&S shipment where you get charged normal price what it's referring to ConfusedConfusedConfused

That's only after the initial shipment has gone out. Amazon will not raise the price before your first shipment. Your purchase price is locked in.

It's more accurate to call it 5 count... although that doesn't sound as good in the title....

Never happened to me. They only change it if you don't choose the nearest month for it to be delivered
