HP Spectre x360 Broadwell Core i5, 128GB SSD, 8GB RAM (onboard) 13.3" 1080p Touchscreen Laptop, machined aluminum unibody.

Didn't see this posted. If I missed it, please delete.

Instructions;
After clicking link above, click on "View all products" then choose the first model starting at $899 by clicking "Customize & buy"
For the config above, change to 8GB RAM
After adding to cart, use coupon code 150SPRING which takes $150 off the price

Upgrade to 256GB SSD for only $50 more.

This isn't the super sexy Dell XPS 13, yet it does have good professional reviews. See comparison Smackdown video below against the XPS 13.

I know some do not like HP, yet some don't like Dell, and others don't like Apple. So I hope this post will help some, who want all these features for the low price compared to the others manufacturers.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

Definitely. Broadwell Core i5 / 8GB / 256GB 2-in-1 for $850 sounds pretty damn appealing to me...

The 150SPRING coupon is valid until 30 April according to Dealnews:

Seems like if we could get the 30SPRING coupon to work we might be able to get an even better deal. Also as a heads up FW has 6% cashback on hp.com right now

Some comments on how ugly the keyboard looks but how about the function? Does it have a functioning problem?

I hate to sound like a fanboy, but the price is comfortable to a Microsoft Surface, and after you use a surface there is no reason to buy a two in 1 that does not have a pin point Digitizer. In fact, if you look around you will find the 512 gigabyte version of the surface pro 2 for around this price. At that point it's no contest.

Here is my take from the review. The Spectre is NEWER than the XPS. It's the better device for those that love touch and tablet modes. When spec'd comparably it costs less. Dell is for those that don't care about touch/tablet and want the absolute best (lightest weight/ longest battery) road-warrior laptop.
