Hey guys,

I didn't see this posted, so I thought I'd share.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

Is the Crucial a good deal. My other consideration was this
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/sandi...Id=1160015

and try to use a 10% movers coupon and Discover Cash Back but no rebate to deal with

I wished I liked Kohl's, otherwise I would have bit on this deal.

This is so confusing.. Do people who buy SSDs even know what Kohls is.?

I grew up only knowing about 3 shops. Newegg, Tiger, and Amazon..

I had no idea what target sold until I joined slickdeals.

I thought the same thing when I saw this deal. My guess is there must be a woman in the marketing department who thought... "you know what would be a great idea? Give away a Kohls Gift Card to all the men buying this high-end SSD, because then they'll end up gifting it to their wife or girlfriend for mothers day."

I mean, I'm sure there are guys who shop at Kohls, but it wouldn't exactly be first destination they want a gift card to. Sears would have been more logical for tools/lawn equipment. Maybe for fathers day, they'll be extra creative and give away a Hooters Gift Card instead. Smilie

Ah mother's day is a good theory. I only came here to figure out how kohl's +ssd made any sense at all.
I also only know what kohl's is thanks to SD.

Twice a month there is the $80 BX100 250GB deal.

Wasn't the 850 PRO 250GB $130 a while back?

Hasn't there been a ~500GB SSD for $160 a last week?

SSD prices are dropping every week but this is not a price drop.

How does the Crucial compare to the EVO 850 non-pro? They seem to be the same price on deal days
