After cashback deals, this would be $475 for me... I don't really need a 1TB drive though (rather have a 250gb or 500gb SSD), and I also don't need the touch screen. Overall, I need a new laptop, but I'm not in a rush.

Any thoughts from the tech folks? Should I try to wait for a better deal?

Hmmm.... I see that this only has 1 HDMI out... I would be using this with dual monitors, so I would need two video output options, right?

Edit: Looks like I'd have to purchase a converter thing for an additional $50.

Compare to the HP envy 2 in 1 that was on sale at BB a few weeks ago? Someone with some tech knowledge advise.

Why is this a deal? looks to be typical price no? It has extra ram in that it offers 12gb but has a slow 5400rpm hd, and none of the new flip features. Can someone help explain. Thanks

"flip" features on a 15" laptop aren't...practical or necessarily desired by the comsuming public. Those are reserved for smaller devices and are still somewhat niche.
