I haven't seen the Home Depot or Lowes sales normally run on Memorial Day yet. WalMart has 2 15lb. bags for $7.94 (.265 $ per pound). Picked up 180 lbs. today.

Happy Weekend everyone!

Funny how the timing works on things like that. Usually, however, the thing that I need is never on sale when I need it.

The Home Depot deal was a little better, but this is not bad at all.

Thank you. Picked up one order. Would like to get more but keep thinking the HD deal will come back soon. Is it worth waiting, or should I grab a few more orders from Wal-mart?

Home Depot / Lowes special price is usually $ .25 lb. Compared to this deal $ .26 lb. You would save $1.00 per 100 lbs. purchased.

I like this deal as 30 lbs (or 15 lbs. x 2) is easier to carry laugh out loud

Down to one last bag from last years sale @ HD. I think I will hold out and wait for it to go on sale again any day. It is a bit cheaper but this isn't bad either.

I would be shocked if the HD / Lowe's prices aren't the same or better. The one thing I'll mention though is at this weight, it would seem these are likely the old, pre-2015 formula. The new formula bags were already showing up at HD / Lowe's during the last sale so I'm guessing it will be significantly harder to find much of the old bags left there during their upcoming Memorial Day sales. If that's important to you, this might be the better time to stock up.

Thanks! But I think I have to figure out how to keep it from opening to some random cell in the middle of nowhere first. --Fixed! Grin
