You ever tried to make a call from a freedompop phone? GOOD LUCK

I say legit deal as long as it can be put back to 100% Nexus specs and used with a real network. Don't see why it wouldn't.

I think you can just change the sim or flash a stock rom then change the sim

Hmmm.... Well I considered $79 for an EVO 4G LTE, and $89 for a Galaxy S 3, but I just couldn't do it. I wouldn't even consider $190 for a Galaxy S4. But $155 for a refurb Nexus 5 is kinda giving me a chubby....

We have two FreedomPop phones, we use the FreedomPop dialer and it works but it definitely has some delay issues. Using Google Voice on them doesn't seem to have much of a delay issue though...

Does it even have a sim card slot? Most of the freedompop phone are from sprint. (CDMA)

"The Nexus 5 is an unlocked phone and can be activated with other CDMA or GSM carriers, though you would need to get a new SIM card from the carrier of your choice. "

the last time this deal came up, the freedompop rep here confirmed the phones will be unlocked and work with any GSM network; don't see why things would be different for this deal.

I brought 2 of them also from last time they had the ZTE $29 deal. One didn't work, so i called their "customer service" line...was on hold for AN HOUR before I get a hold of someone. After spending another 30 minutes on the phone so they can "WALK ME" through how to turn on and off the phone, to make sure that I wasn't lying about the phone being not working, then said they were going to send me a replacement phone. This was back in MARCH. Haven't got Sh!T yet from these guys. At this point, I pretty much gave up on my $29, but for $150, yeah GOOD LUCK to you all.
