Xiaomi will be selling just four products for what it's calling its "beta test sale," with the Mi Store going online at 10PM ET tonight in the US.

This opening line-up of products will include a $14.99 fitness tracker, a pair of $79.99 headphones, and two sizes of USB power packs: a $9.99 5,000mAh model that's good for about two full iPhone charges, and a beefier, 10,400mAh version that will sell for $13.99.

I don't need any of those accessories, but might try to buy just to send good vibes to xiaomi so they consider bringing their phones over here.

i do have the xiaomi 10400mh power bank, the piston 2.0, and a handful of their usb lights...love every thing I've bought from them so far. these accessories are pretty easy to buy from resellers.
I just need them to manufacture the phones with the hardware that works in the US, I don't mind going through a reseller

Slickest deal may be buying stock in Xaomi. Their nickname is Apple of China, might bode well for their stock. As I write I listen with their Piston 2 buds (which I prefer to pistoon3, although latter is excellent too. No Apple tax with this company. Great value.

This is awesome! I have the Mi Band and the Yi camera. Apple of China is a good analogy.

I guess they haven't gone IPO yet right? I'm definitely interested in buying their stock!

FYI Apple just took over them in phone sales in China last quarter.

According to their FAQs, there is. Still seems like a good deal (unless shipping is ridiculously high) for high quality products.

Great news, shipping time will cut at least half. From my understanding, their phone doesn't work on ATT 4G LTE network. Not sure about others.
