It has been confirmed by different users and PagePlus, that this cannot be activated on PagePlus out of the box. However, according to Akuma it can be unlocked in 6 months if activated once (but it doesn't have to be active).

Quote from AkumaX View Post :
You can activate this on PagePlus (and Verizon Postpaid) after the phone has been activated on Prepaid once, and then eligible for 'unlock' to other Verizon CDMA/MVNO's after 6 months. It does not have to be active the entire 6 months. You only have to activate it once, then you wait for the 6 month timer. I've done this a few times (once for this Moto G, and for other phones also, specifically $3 Gusto 2's that come w/ $10 min of airtime). Just activate, let the credit expire, put phone away in drawer (Gusto 2) or use as Wifi-only device (Moto G) and then eligible for activation after 6 months.
No MicroSD slot

Almost bit but 3G speed killed it for me. Thanks though.

Wow, this was $25 during a four hour sale a month or so ago. I didn't think it would drop even more!

This is a great option for people on Verizon prepaid that don't care about 4G, or as a cheap wifi only Android device. I use it as a tinkering device and an FM tuner.

If you want to use this as a PHONE, if you don't have Verizon prepaid, don't waste your time. It's CDMA only, no GSM, not gonna happen.
