From the product page: "The device is 100% functional and in overall good condition. Device may not be in it's original packaging and will show signs of wear like scratches and scuffs." -johnny_miller
Also found that if you buy 3, there is a $10 discount - makes them $62 rather than $65 each, if you need that many

About the pad
Got it on 6/13(Saturday). It is 16GB version, some with an US Cellular sim card inside next to MicroSD slot. Here is the parameters if anyone is interested. http://www.lg.com/us/tablets/lg-U...ad-7.0-lte
It's like new condition with a 3rd party charger and an usb cable. Pretty happy with it after messing around for 3 hours.
Not sure if it could be unlocked and used to other carriers. I will try it later.
Just got it rooted and flash TWRP without issue.(use it at your own risk, especially for those new to android. I didn't find an one-click-root software.)
It appears that there is no US Cellular update to Lollipop at this time. If you don't mind risking the loss of mobile data functionality, you might try flashing the CM 12.1 for V410 variant. (reference)
Flash the TWRP 126.96.36.199 V410 in the following link with Flashify(you can find Flashify in google play store).
Sim card unlock
Bring it to the US Cellular store to unlock. Find the store nearby with the following link.
US Cellular: 888-944-9400
Unlock Policy: http://www.uscellular.
For me, the drive to the nearest store is 2 hours. I called and was told that one of my 2 tablets was associated with a canceled account that has an outstanding balance and therefore, cannot be unlocked. It must be connected to the diagnostic machine in-store for unlock, not a code apparently.
The listing never claimed to have LTE capability so I can't really complain.
