It's BACK!!!!!!! Best Buy has dropped the price to $249.00. Amazon just recently raised their price back up to $299.00. And please....if your NOT a fan of Chromebooks, please refrain from posting how supposedly inferior these laptops are. Nobody cares!! I'm picking mine up as soon as Best Buy opens!!!!!

This is 2GB not 4GB as stated in post #2.

Also, it's now on sale on Amazon for $220 tax free + free shipping:

Not true above. Completely different model #. Toshiba CB35-B3330 is the one you're referring, but the OP posted the Toshiba CB35-B3340.

There is a site out there offer $10 off $250 sitewide in Bestbuy. Google $10 coupon to see it.

I was able to get this deal in store without hassle, so still alive B&M but YMMV - 5:00pm EST

I saw no price in the title, so I assumed it was free. Then, to my disappointment, it is not free.

Nice screen vs original, still light and fast. The " refurb" sold last month for $200 seemed new in box to me but this has full warranty and has BM store pickup which is a plus for some.

I have both toshibas and HP 14 Chromebooks in family and this is my favorite

I like this machine but why do you think people comment about chromebooks? Sure, some are just trolling but others are genuinely trying to explain these devices have limitations that the average user may not understand until after they've been relieved of their 250 bucks. If you don't like what someone is saying about the product, then feel free to say so but the information they are providing may help another buyer make an informed choice.

I have had my eye on this one for awhile. I almost pulled the trigger when Amazon lowered their price to $279.00 a couple of weeks ago. This will be my second Chromebook, replacing my old Acer C-710, which is still a good laptop. Goodbye Windows and all the nonsense related to it!!!!

Bought an open-box from amazon for 219 last week and returned it. Was trying to stream a training video for work and occasionally surf in another tab, and it was just a sub-par experience. I'm holding out for a 13" i3 chromebook.. Pretty bummed as it was a great screen.

Agreed, as someone who is in the market for these, I would definitely be open to hearing what everyone has to say, be it good or bad.

OMG haven't we beat this to death... Lets try saying something about your experiences with this item since that would help them more than anything and may just provide a real user's hands on opinion.

I may bite if I can easily find a mover's coupon. With tax it'd make it $237 out the door. Was really waiting for another eBay refurb deal for $185 (or less).

That extra $50 buys a lot of needed CB accessories.
