Is this for homeless people that want to upgrade out of their shopping cart?

We have one of these. Purchased from Costco a few years ago. we've used it a ton of times and it has held up very well and works great. You can really load these up with gear but it is much easier to pull rather than push on sand.

Not sure it is an upgrade, considering the shopping cart is all metal with rubber wheels. This beach cart is sturdy but only the main frame is metal with a mesh bag plus a nice cooler (i guess cooler is an upgrade if the homeless can get ice!). As for the wheels, it is made of rubber foam so they can glide easily on sand.

I agree with the reviewer, you need to pull when on soft sand otherwise you will be stuck in sand!
