Combine this with RedCard [target.com] for additional 5% savings.

What is Cartwheel by Target?

Save on the things you already buy at Target with Cartwheel! Choose from hundreds of offers with discounts of 5-50% off every area of the store. Just add an offer to your Cartwheel list, scan your barcode in store, and save. It's that easy. It's like carrying around hundreds of coupons in your pocket, all neatly organized and accessible!

Can I use Cartwheel offers and other coupons in the same transaction?

Yes! You may stack your Cartwheel discounts with REDcard savings, Target mobile coupons and manufacturer coupons.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

I been wanting an ipad for a while now. I was going to use it for music and school. Do you think 16gb would be enough? I would want to get a 64gb one but there hasn't been any good deals except for the ipad air 1.

Anybody know if this can be combined with 15% off target registry coupon plus 10% cartwheel + 5% redcard?

Definitely wait for a deal on the 64gb. I've got a 16gb iPad 4 and I'm constantly having to try to move things around, especially now that I'm back in school and have books on my iPad.

I'm holding out for now. See what the Air 3 has or at least grab a 2 when it drops in price.

Typically I'd go with the most memory - 16gb is simply not enough if you use apps, music, videos, etc, unless it's light use without a ton of apps/media.

I think the previous gen iPad Air with 32G is a much better option @ $290 (yes, open box)

1GB vs 2GB.
lesser iOS9 features.
it's worth the extra money for the iPad Air 2.

When iOS 9 comes out in Sept. the iPad Air 1 will not be able to take advantage of the split screen mode.
I can only imagine it's because it only has 1GB of RAM vs the 2GB of RAM in the iPad Air 2.
If you are power technology user you really should hold out for an iPad Air2 or wait for the Air 3 in September.

Agreed. I have an iPad4 that I'm selling now (also have a mini that will tie me over) to maximize sales $s and will wait to September to see what the new device offers - or pickup a 64GB Air2 at that time...

Perhaps I'm just not using it to it's fullest potential, but I have an ipad that sits on my shelf next to my couch, and I pretty much NEVER use it. I have a chromebook with a touch screen and a keyboard, but that's about all I use for basic internet browsing. I think I avoid the ipad because it's just too hard to type on it. Perhaps I'm just doing it wrong, but I know for certain that apple said ipad sales were down significantly in the past quarter, which makes me think I am not alone.

Grabbed a 16GB off eBay for this price (I'm assuming with discounts + tax it comes to about $380).

I don't get the 16GB naysayers. I stream music and movies so there's no need for local storage. If you have 16GB of books, I'm wondering what books you're reading... My highest storage needs would be photos, I think but backing those up in batches or sending it to Dropbox keeps me from running out of space (plus it's just good practice).

I have a 32GB iPad 4 and I have never reached capacity. I find 64GB and 128GB just ludicrous.
