Not sure how these particular bundles are viewed as a great deal , seeing that the game can be had for around $12. It's basically about $20 in retail savings overall (400-342-50+12). Certainly not a slick deal, or enough savings to not buy from a reputable merchant with physical storefronts, or online sites like Amazon.

Am I missing something?

Just curious, where are you getting that -$50? Systems are $400 at any "reputable merchant" from what I can see. Last time I saw this for $350 was on ebay.

Even if the game is $12 and the console is $400, that makes it a $412 bundle for $342. What makes that lame? It's not a fantastic deal but it is certainly a good deal for those that want a brand new system.

if you're waiting for an official price drop it won't happen, Sony is destroying and has no need to. So don't wait and expect one.

Agreed, people are acting like the console is $350 normally, but there is no $350 version of the PS4.
