Unlocked Microsoft Lumia 640XL LTE dual-sim RM-1096 Windows Phone $199 at Expansys with free shipping, in black, white, blue, and orange colors. RM-1096 supports many LTE bands, including all USA Tmobile and USA ATT 4G LTE bands, all 4G LTE bands are listed here: http://www.microsoft.com/en/mobil...ifications

LTE FDD network: Band 1 (2100 MHz), Band 17 (700MHz), Band 2 (1900 MHz), Band 20 (800MHz), Band 3 (1800 MHz), Band 4 (1700/2100 MHz), Band 5 (850MHz), Band 7 (2600 MHz), Band 8 (900MHz), Band 28 (700 MHz), Band 12 (700 MHz)
TD-LTE network: Band 38 (2570-2620 MHz), Band 40 (2300-2400 MHz)

The key feature of the Lumia 640XL is the 5.7-inch screen running on the latest Windows Phone 8.1 update 2, upgradeable to Windows Mobile 10, and expandable memory up to 128GB+ (200GB will probably work too). Other than that, the specs are low-range, Snapdragon 400 1GB RAM 8GB onboard memory, 13MP/5MP rear/front cameras. Back cover and battery removable, battery life (3000mAH) reported by review sites is excellent.

Expansys backs their phones with a 6 month reseller warranty (not manufacturer). This seems like a daily deal so the price probably wont last, these usually go for $230-250 new.

Purchasing this phone may qualify you for a free year of Office 365 Personal.

http://lumiaconversations.microso...640640-xl/

The "Office 365 Gift" app states
This offer is valid for a limited time only and applies to Lumia 640 and 640XLs sold from participating retailers between 04.01.2015 and 07.31.2015.
It's unclear whether or not the handsets sourced by expansis will regsiter as qualifying for this offer... but if you're buying it anyway, you may as well try! Smilie

Lol. There are laptops with 15" screen and 720p screens. Why do people complain about it on a phone?

People complain about it on laptop as well. Plenty threads on here with complaints.

1080P good enough for me and I have an LG G3. Sometimes LG G3 oversharp and text looks off.

1080P on my nexus 5 looks great. 720p on Moto X (2013) looks fine.

I just purchased one of these two weeks ago. Don't let the screen resolution fool you. The screen is clear and color accurate. Excellent phone, even with the lower end specs the phone performs well. The big difference between Android and Windows is memory managment. Windows does a better job managing memory. When you close an app it stays closed and releases memory. I have a 128 GB SD Card and the 8 GB ROM is not an issue as almost all apps with the exception of a few install on SD.

I went from an LG G2 to this phone and haven't regetted one bit. $199 is a steal. I paid $250. I'm using T-Mobile and it gets LTE.

Same CPU as the ~$30 635. Other than big ass screen and better cameras doesn't do much more.
