I'm wondering about the graphics performance... it apparently uses the same GPU as the iphone 5s? Which has a resolution of 1136x640... compare that to this resolution 2048x1536, lol. That's nearly 4 and a half times the pixels. FOUR AND A HALF TIMES.

edit: dunno if I'm being unclear but what I'm getting at is based on that info I'd expect this to chug and die in comparative gaming performance.

Pretty good specs on this. I'm curious to know why you chose this over the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 which is also 199 at best buy.

"The integrated GPU has not been developed by Intel itself, but licensed from Imagination Technologies. The?PowerVR G6430?can also be found?in?Apple's?A7, but here it is clocked somewhat higher at 457 - 533 MHz. Compared to other mobile graphics solutions, the G6430 performs similar to or better than the?Snapdragon 800/Adreno 330?or the?ARM Mali-T628 MP6. However, the G6430 won't match the?Adreno 420?and?Tegra K1 GPU. Nevertheless, even the most demanding Android games of 2014 will run fluently in high resolutions."

32GB onboard, 64bit CPU, better form factor, I kind of like the 4:3. Its running 5.1 and not 4.4.4 like the Tab Pro.

Well that's good for people to know. Still don't get why they jam unnecessarily high resolutions on these small screens.

because there's no reason to be cheap and put in horrible displays.

plus it won't hurt performance that much with it being 64bit, 2GB ram and clocked higher.

What? This chipset number is different by a digit and it's clocked a whole gigahertz higher.

Depending on the game I believe different resolutions can be rendered on different devices.

ZenPad 8 = Z3530
Dell Venue 7840 = Z3580

ZenPad S 8 is also Z3580 with 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, USB Type-C but not yet released. Supposed to be $300. If it is $300, I'd rather wait for S model.
