Sorry, I have never posted so not sure if I am doing this right. Amazon just announced on their page that the Echo will be part of the Prime sale $50 off the current price of $179.99.

Very nice. I bought mine during beta but I'd like another. I'm a fan of it especially with wemo

I use with Hue and WeMo, not yet with the new tech announced last week.
I dont think I would buy it for 129 + tax in most places.

Absolutely love my Echo that I got in the $99 preorder. Not sure I could justify another at $129.99, but knowing what I now know about it, I'd certainly buy a first at this price. Don't understand the thumbs down on this at $50 off.

Do you have any experience with one? Doubtful, based on this. Try one out and then see if you think it's only worth $30. Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

Oh, cool. Just Googled that. I'm hoping for Vera integration (that doesn't involve setting up another server and pretending to be a Hue bridge).

Forget it! Amazon offered it at $100 by invitation to Prime members, now they want $129??? They must really appreciate the Prime members more by increasing the price. This reminds me of the family member that has a great deal, yeah right.
