This is a new low for the E-PL6 I believe comparing to $280 previously.

Amazon is at $299. No much difference.

Owned a PL6 for about two weeks before switching up to a PL7. The 3-axis stabilization, better low light processing, and higher resolution screen are all nice. That being said I wouldn't have been able to justify the PL7 for current prices, it was only worth it due to 20% off already discounted refurb items from Olympus.

If you're willing to sacrifice a little portability, and let's be honest even with a Panasonic 20mm f/1.7, the PL6/PL7 are not comfortable in a cargo pocket, the M10 is probably the best M43 bang for your buck. Better ergo and built in viewfinder.

I second that.

...Still doesn't mean some might prefer a smallish APS-C DSLR. Unless their main desire is continuous video AF. Pros and cons as usual.

If portability is the goal in the M43 world, the GM1/GM5/GF7 are the solution. They are all pretty much the same size and all incredibly small for a M43 camera. Pretty much a RX100 sized body but then you will have to add the lens. The standard 12-32mm lens is pretty tiny, smaller than the 20mm. If you can live with a bodycap lens, then it really is pocketable. The GM1 is pretty cheap now, if you can find it, since the GM5 came out to top out the range and the GF7 pretty much replaced it. I paid less for my GM1 than the PL6 in this thread. Feature for feature, size for size, the GF7 is pretty much the same as the GM1. The major differences are in construction. The GM1 is all metal. The GF7 is plastic.
