Thread Details

I purchased the lately popular deal G700s for $31 from Logitech Website. When I got the mouse, I found it was used/refurbished, with a malfunctional left click key. I asked for a replacement, and they asked me to send it back. In about a week, the Customer Service name Leinina R contacted me and simply told me I will "get a refund so you can use to purchase another one". I replied the email with good manner but received nothing. I replied another one telling them I asked for a replacement, after 2 days, I got the reply today telling me "you will get the refund so you can purchase another one", nothing else.

It could be just my case, but I want to share it. If it is just this certain customer service guy, then it's my bad luck. But purchase a new one on official web and get a used/refurbished one without any apologies but just refund, hey Logitech, I don't like you.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

have been using logitech for over 12 years, I have never had anything but stellar customer support. where did you purchase from?was it a legit site? even when I bought a refurb keyboard, that was defective, they happily replaced. maybe they did because I own about 12 logitech products or maybe you just got a bad service person.

Think you may have had just bad luck. Any time I ever had an issue with a mouse going bad, I had no problems getting a free replacement sent. Actually I was amazed it went so smoothy.

I suggest you try calling them again, as maybe you'll get a better rep.

From Logitech official web. I agree with the guy next to you, I might have some bad luck. But it takes weeks and customer service still put me on hold. I will insist on a replacement and I want to see how Logitech would do to me.

I am an old Logitech user, that's why I buy their products. This experience is so unpleasant that I want to know if others met the same situation. I already saw some posts in the original deal threat complaining about the quality. Logitech is no longer the one 10 years ago. Think about ThinkPad, same thing.

Hi, that's something I don't like neither. You have to spend 30 minutes or more on the phone so they can solve your problem efficiently. I will wait for another month see how they would do. I will for sure make a call and tell them about this customer service person.

I don't know if I can switch rep now because I already sent the mouse back to them. Thanks anyway for all that tries to help!
