I purchased the lately popular deal G700s for $31 from Logitech Website. When I got the mouse, I found it was used/refurbished, with a malfunctional left click key. I asked for a replacement, and they asked me to send it back. In about a week, the Customer Service name Leinina R contacted me and simply told me I will "get a refund so you can use to purchase another one". I replied the email with good manner but received nothing. I replied another one telling them I asked for a replacement, after 2 days, I got the reply today telling me "you will get the refund so you can purchase another one", nothing else.
It could be just my case, but I want to share it. If it is just this certain customer service guy, then it's my bad luck. But purchase a new one on official web and get a used/refurbished one without any apologies but just refund, hey Logitech, I don't like you.
