Yeah, that's weird. It's also interesting that Walmart and Target are included, but Sears and Kmart are not.

Probably to limit payout on returns, although Walmart has a 90 day return policy.

should we need to spend 25$ at a single time or a total of 25$ over this month.

Yea, this sucks. I already added my card and shopped, but I'll probably forget about it after a month lol

I would do it in a single purchase. So buy a gift card for $25 at a restaurant if you are not going eat that much at once. Shoneys, Popeyes and Burger King are not included in the $25 offer.

I linked a card back in June. When I went to the link a card site to verify which card I linked - it now shows a message to "upgrade" the card and so I can earn points from all their new partners. I am not sure what that was about.

But if you haven't done this deal yet -- you might want to check linked cards and see if they are asking you to upgrade it.

Can we use the earned points to buy gift cards at Sears/Kmart? I wanna do these offers, but I have a hard enough time just trying to spend their surprise points.

SWY points can't be used to purchase Gift cards. I tried both online and in store .

Not that I know of. You used to be able to buy something and return it without a receipt for a gift card, but I think they stopped that recently. When I have points that are going to expire and I don't need anything I just buy something random and then return it. Then the points go back onto my account with a new expiration.
