Enjoy your replacement if eligible.

"Apple has determined that, in a small percentage of iPhone 6 Plus devices, the iSight camera has a component that may fail causing your photos to look blurry. The affected units fall into a limited serial number range and were sold primarily between September 2014 and January 2015.

If your iPhone 6 Plus is producing blurry photos and falls into the eligible serial number range, Apple will replace your device's iSight camera, free of charge...."

& will share with you all mine is blurry but if you have it done expect to leave it overnight even if AppleCare tells you it takes 30 minutes. Hilarious thing is on YouTube you can see a video of a guy doing it in 5 minutes. I'm sitting at the Apple Store now waiting to leave it overnight. Hilarious how they operate. Should have kept my note 4.

I'm so glad I decided against getting a POS iPhone. Imagine having to give up your phone so they can fix it...

That's great and all but what a pain in the ass to get it replaced. Would rather just a straight swap

If their iPhone is only about $200-$300 that's ok. But they sell it for over $600... I should expect it to be flawless!

They probably fix the issue in an Apple Store and if they can't they'd likely give you a replacement to use until your phone is fixed. That's better CS than any other manufacturer would give you.

If you are still under warranty, contact them via phone. They will overnight you a new one and you have a week to send back your old one using the same box (pre-paid shipping label already attached).

If you are unfamiliar with Apple customer service or are out of warranty, they may suggest taking it to an Apple store for service or borrowing your phone for a week for repair. If you are familiar with Apple service options, you don't need to accept these options, even if you are out of warranty. Instead, you can push for a new phone swap via overnight mail. The key is to ask politely and if you don't like the answer, hang up and call back immediately for a new CS agent. 9/10 will agree with a free overnight swap if asked.
